60 designs. Speed and quality are weighed equally. First to finish wins.
- CAD must be done using Onshape or Solidworks.
- Submit one document with all 60 designs.
🧾 Judging criteria
Although this is an agility challenge, we still value quality. The first place team should ideally have:
- The fastest time
- Quality models
- Remove unnecessary extrusions, fillets, or chamfers. Sometimes the best designs don’t look pretty.
- Use construction lines instead of solid lines to improve clarity.
- Printable using the UltiMaker S5
- Minimum wall thickness ≥ 0.8 mm
- Minimum feature size ≥ 0.4 mm
- Clearance between moving parts ≥ 0.3 mm
- No excessive overhangs without support
- Ranking points:
- 1st: 3 RP
- 2nd: 2 RP
- 3rd: 1 RP
